  • 1Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 120Grams (g) Animal butter
  • 8CupFlour
  • 2CupMilk
  • 4Psc.Chicken stock
  • 1PinchNutmeg
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)White pepper
  • 200To TasteMozzarella

Steps

    Cut the chicken breast into cubes, then boil it on the stove with your favorite spices and salt.

    Cook your preferred pasta, then drain it

    In a pot on the stove, add butter, then add the flour and stir until it’s roasted. Add the milk and chicken broth, stirring continuously, then add pepper and nutmeg

    In a large bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, mushrooms, and sauce, and stir. Then add the mozzarella and mix well.

    Transfer the mixture to a Pyrex dish, then add the béchamel sauce followed by a layer of mozzarella. Bake in the oven until the mozzarella melts, for about 20 minutes.
