  • 1PinchSalt

  • 1CupOlive oil
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Hot Sauce

Steps

    We coat the chicken breasts in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs.

    We fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown.

    We heat a little olive oil in a small pan, then sauté the onion and garlic until softened.

    We add the blended tomatoes, tomato paste, chili paste, basil, sugar, salt, and pepper.

    We stir the sauce over medium heat until it boils and thickens.

    We arrange the fried chicken pieces in a baking dish, pour the sauce over them, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

    We place the dish in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden.
