- 3Psc.Bread
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise

For marinating the chicken, mix yogurt, crushed garlic, shawarma spices, paprika, oregano, crushed chili, and lemon juice together. Add the cleaned chicken slices and let them marinate for at least two hours.

To prepare the potatoes and bread, cut the potatoes and bread into cubes. Fry the potatoes and bread until they turn golden.

Cooking the chicken Heat oil in a pan over the stove. Add the marinated chicken slices and stir gradually to prevent the release of liquids. Continue cooking until the chicken is fully done.

To prepare the sauce, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, crushed garlic, oregano, and lemon juice together until the ingredients are well combined. In a serving dish, place the fried bread and fried potatoes. Add pickles as desired, pour the sauce over the mixture, and spread it evenly. Add the cooked chicken on top of the dish and garnish with arugula leaves.
