- 1PacketPomegranate
- 1CupMinced parsley

Prepare the tahini sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, salt, mashed garlic

Stir well until smooth.

Prepare the dakka by combining lemon juice, chopped hot pepper, olive oil, and salt, then mix well.

Add the lemon juice to the ground chickpeas and stir well to combine the ingredients

Season the whole chickpeas with cumin and stir well

Spread a layer of tahini sauce over the fried or toasted bread

Add a layer of mashed chickpeas over the sauce.

Distribute a layer of whole chickpeas over the mashed chickpeas.

Pour a layer of dakka over the chickpeas.

Place the kibbeh pieces on top.

Sprinkle a layer of pomegranate seeds.

Melt the ghee in a skillet on the fire and then put it on top of the fattah
