Steps

    Boil the chicken legs with onion and spices until fully cooked

    Let them cool and separate the meat from the bones.

    To prepare the yogurt sauce: We mix yogurt with tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and garlic powder, then add chicken broth and heat it slightly until warm.

    Cut the bread into small pieces, brush with oil, and toast in the oven until crispy.

    Arrange the toasted bread in a serving dish, then add the shredded chicken on top and pour the warm yogurt sauce over the ingredients.

    Garnish with toasted pine nuts, drizzle hot ghee or oil on top, and sprinkle sumac before serving.
