Ingredients

- 1PinchGinger powder
- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 1ClovesMinced garlic
- 2Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 0.5To TasteMozzarella

Boil salted water in a saucepan, add the fettuccine pasta and boil until al dente, stirring to prevent it from sticking.

Meanwhile, season the chicken breast strips with salt, black pepper, and ginger powder.

In a hot skillet, put two cubes of butter, then add the chicken strips and cook over high heat

Turn the chicken until browned on both sides and cooked through, then remove and set aside on a plate

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until they are wilted and fragrant.

Add the cooking cream to the pan and simmer over low heat until it begins to boil slightly and thicken slightly.

Add the boiled pasta to the cream and stir until it is completely covered with the sauce.

Sprinkle a little mozzarella or Kashkawan cheese on top of the pasta (optional) and mix.
