To make the cheese and olive pancake: Mix yogurt, eggs, salt, pepper, olive slices, and 3 teaspoons of ground oats in a bowl and stir well.

Grease a pan with olive oil, then pour the mixture into it over low heat for 7 minutes, adding a sprinkle of light mozzarella cheese.

Remove the pancake from the pan and cut it into 6 pieces.

To make the second recipe: Mix cottage cheese with two eggs, a pinch of pepper, olive slices, and bell pepper in a bowl and stir well.

Add a cup of ground oats, baking powder, and half a cup of milk, then mix until combined.

Garnish the mixture with light mozzarella cheese and bell pepper slices, then bake in the oven or air fryer at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Remove the cake from the oven and cut it into 8 pieces.

To make the third recipe: Wipe a pan with olive oil, then add two eggs, a pinch of salt and pepper, bell pepper, coriander, parsley, 3 tablespoons of ground oats, and half a cup of milk, stirring well.
