    We add 2 cans of tomato paste and sauté them for 3 minutes.

    We add the juice of 10 tomatoes (blended with 1 liter of water) to the mixture.

    We add 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, and 1 tablespoon sugar (optional) to the pot.

    We cover the pot and let the mixture cook over medium heat for 25 minutes.

    We let the sauce cool for one hour.

    We pack the cooled sauce into airtight containers.
