To prepare the marinade, combine the spices: salt, pepper, coriander, turmeric, seven spices, thyme, paprika, and bay leaves. Then add garlic cloves and room-temperature butter, and mix well.

Next, add a spoonful of this marinade to the onion slices and mix in a spoonful of pomegranate molasses.

Apply the butter marinade to the chicken, both inside and out. Then stuff the chicken with the onion mixture. Insert a skewer into the chicken and place it in the oven. Cook under the broiler for about an hour.

In a baking tray, place your preferred vegetables and season them with the same spices used for the marinade. Put the tray in the oven under the chicken and cook until the vegetables are done. Serve and enjoy your meal.
