Focaccia bread
Ingredients

- 0.5PacketYeast
- 6PinchSalt
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Balsamic Vinegar
- 15Milliliters (mL)Olive oil with basil
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Chipotle spices

- In a bowl, mix 350 g bread flour, 275 g warm water, 0.5 tsp dry yeast dissolved in 15 ml warm water, 6 g salt, and 15 ml basil olive oil. Mix until well combined.

Spread the dough evenly in a baking pan. Sprinkle 1 tsp of chipotle spices and 1 tbsp of basil olive oil on top, then use your fingers to distribute them evenly over the dough.

We put the tray in an electric oven preheated to 210 degrees for 30-40 minutes, depending on the degree of browning you prefer (note: the oven used varies from one device to another, and whether it has a fan or not, we must take these notes into consideration) and bake the focaccia until it is cooked and turns golden in color.

Serve with a dipping sauce made by mixing 1 tbsp olive oil with 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
