- 1Cupwater
- 1ClovesGarlic

To prepare the sauce: Mix yogurt, vegetable oil, tomato paste, spices, salt, one teaspoon per kilo of meat according to the acidity of the tomato paste, then add a very small cup of water and stir well.

Make holes in the lamb's thigh and put a clove of garlic in each hole

Put the sauce on the thigh and season it well so that it soaks up the sauce

Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Wrap the thigh tightly in parchment paper and then in foil.

Bake in a 180°C oven (top and bottom) for about 4 hours, or until a fork goes in easily
