Steps

    Place the sausage pieces in a baking dish or clay pot.

    Add the diced potatoes, sliced onion, and chopped green peppers.

    Add the minced garlic, mustard, and soy sauce.

    Season with salt, black pepper, coriander, fennel, and curry.

    Add the yogurt and water.

    Mix all the ingredients well until evenly combined.

    Cover the dish with foil or a lid and place it in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, remove the cover and bake for another 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
