- 1Liters (L)Hot water

- 1CupYogurt
- 1CupSugar
- 1PacketYeast
- 1Cupwater
- 2ClovesMinced garlic

Cut the chicken breasts into longitudinal slices as shown in the video

Marinate the chicken strips in vinegar and a pinch of salt for 10 minutes.

Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet, then add the minced garlic and spices

Add the shredded chicken and stir-fry until it changes color.

Pour the hot water, cream, and liquid cheese over the chicken, then stir until the ingredients are combined and the sauce begins to thicken.

Add the thyme and stir the mixture well, then pour it into an ovenproof casserole dish. Mozzarella is optional.

Prepare the dough by mixing the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt, then gradually add lukewarm water while kneading for 5 minutes.

Add the yogurt to the dough and continue kneading, then add the olive oil and knead until the dough is smooth

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes until it doubles in size.

We roll out the dough 1 cm thick, cover the top of the casserole dish with it and seal the edges well.

Brush the surface of the dough with egg and vinegar, then add the nigella and sesame seeds
