    We place the chicken strips in a bowl, then season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet and smoked paprika, oregano, cumin, and chili powder, and mix everything thoroughly.

    In a skillet on medium heat, add olive oil and butter. Then, add the chicken and stir until it cooks and turns golden. Set it aside. In the same skillet, add the onions, garlic, red and green peppers, and carrots. Season with the same spices used for the chicken, and stir until the vegetables soften. Then, return the chicken to the skillet, add cream, cover, and let it simmer until the cream begins to boil.
