We add the butter and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.

We cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.

We roll the dough to medium thickness and cut into doughnut shapes.

We place them on a baking tray and let them rise again for 30 minutes.

We bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10–15 minutes until golden.

For the custard: We cook the milk, custard, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla.
