Ingredients
- 400Grams (g) Chopped Milk Chocolate
- 1.5Kilograms (kg)Knafeh
- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 4CupPistachio paste
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Chopped pistachios

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add the shredded kunafa dough to the pan.

Stir the kunafa with the butter until golden and crispy.

Turn off the heat, then mix in the pistachio paste and tahini.

Let the kunafa mixture cool slightly.

Melt the milk chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.

Line a tray with parchment paper.

Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the tray.

Drop spoonfuls of the kunafa-pistachio mixture randomly on top, then drizzle extra pistachio paste and sprinkle chopped pistachios.
