We add the dried apricots, cranberries, and goji berries into the blender or food processor and blend them until we get a smooth, sticky mixture.

In a baking tray, we place the almonds, sesame seeds, and shredded coconut, and bake them in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 7-10 minutes

We add the roasted mixture to the blender and mix briefly until it combines without over-blending.

We spread the mixture in a tray lined with parchment paper and press it down evenly

We melt the chocolate and spread it over the surface of the mixture

We place the tray in the freezer for 10-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens, then cut it into squares.
