Double Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients

- 200Grams (g) Cold butter

- 150Grams (g) Milk Chocolate
- 150Grams (g) Dark chocolate chips

Place the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Sift the dry ingredients well to ensure they're smooth and clump-free.

In another bowl, add the cold butter and beat it using an electric mixer.

Add the brown sugar and beat until the mixture is soft and fluffy.

Add the eggs and continue mixing until well combined.

Add the white sugar and mix again until incorporated.

Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until a dough forms.

Chop the milk chocolate into small pieces.

Add the chopped milk chocolate and dark chocolate chips to the dough and mix well.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Divide the dough into 160 g balls and place them on the tray, leaving enough space between each.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 10–12 minutes.
