Ingredients

- 1Psc.Yolk
- 3CupMilk
- 1PinchSalt
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 3CupSugar
- 1Cupwater
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1Grams (g) Instant yeast
- 50Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupPowdered sugar
- 1CupMelted Chocolate

Sift the flour into a large bowl.

Add the sugar, milk, baking powder, yeast, vanilla, and salt to the flour and mix well.

Add the egg yolk and gradually pour in the water while kneading until you get a soft, cohesive dough.

After kneading, add the soft butter and knead again until the dough becomes smooth and well incorporated.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough using a rolling pin, then cut into round shapes using a donut cutter or round mold. Make a small hole in the center using a bottle cap or similar tool.

Place the shaped donuts on parchment paper or sandwich wrapping paper, cover, and let them rise again for 30 minutes.

Heat oil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and fry the donuts until golden on both sides.

Let them cool, then top with melted chocolate or dust with powdered sugar.
