  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus

Steps

    Finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil until softened.

    Add the diced carrots and peas, then stir well.

    Add the soaked bulgur and season with black pepper, salt, and cinnamon.

    Pour in one cup of water and let the mixture cook on low heat until done.

    To prepare the marinade: In a bowl put two tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, yogurt, one teaspoon of (salt, black pepper, paprika, coriander, thyme) and mix well until the ingredients are homogeneous

    Season the skinless chicken with the prepared marinade.

    Stuff the chicken with the prepared mixture.

    Close the chicken using toothpicks to secure the filling.

    Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake in the oven until fully cooked.
