Steps

    Place the tomatoes, onion, and garlic in the food processor and blend well.

    Add the remaining ingredients (tomato paste, lemon juice, vinegar, and spices) to the food processor.

    Blend until the marinade is smooth and well-combined.

    Place the chicken in a bowl and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's evenly coated.

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Place the chicken on a baking tray and bake for 1 hour.

    After 1 hour, remove the chicken from the oven and brown the top.
