    We finely chop the lemongrass.

    We coarsely slice the artichoke

    In a pan, we sauté the onion with the spinach and artichoke until fragrant

    Add the chopped lemongrass and all the spices( a pinch of salt, black pepper, garlic powder)

    We add ¼ cup of water (or oil if preferred) to prevent sticking.

    At the end, we add the lemon juice and cream cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the mixture becomes creamy.

    We pound the chicken breast to flatten it.

    We season it with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then let it absorb the flavors.

    We grill the chicken in a non-stick pan or on a grill until fully cooked.
