- 200Grams (g) Mushroom
- 1CupPasta cooking water
- 300Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 300CupMilk
- 1Psc.Chicken stock
- 0.25CupGrated Parmesan cheese
- 1CupMinced parsley
Steps

Boil the pasta in water with a little oil and salt, then drain and set aside.

Sauté the chicken pieces in butter and vegetable oil until golden brown.

Add salt, black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon dried basil to the chicken and stir well.

Add finely chopped onion, garlic, and mushrooms to the chicken and sauté until slightly softened.

Add 1 cup of pasta cooking water to the mixture and let it simmer briefly.

Add 300 ml cooking cream and 300 ml milk and stir until well combined.
