  • 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Basil
  • 1Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 2ClovesMinced garlic
  • 200Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 1CupPasta cooking water
  • 300Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 300CupMilk
  • 1Psc.Chicken stock
  • 0.25CupGrated Parmesan cheese
  • 1CupMinced parsley

Steps

    Boil the pasta in water with a little oil and salt, then drain and set aside.

    Sauté the chicken pieces in butter and vegetable oil until golden brown.

    Add salt, black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon dried basil to the chicken and stir well.

    Add finely chopped onion, garlic, and mushrooms to the chicken and sauté until slightly softened.

    Add 1 cup of pasta cooking water to the mixture and let it simmer briefly.

    Add 300 ml cooking cream and 300 ml milk and stir until well combined.

    Add the Maggi cube and mix well.

    Add Parmesan cheese and stir into the sauce.

    Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and let it simmer slightly so the pasta absorbs the sauce.
