  • 1Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 1CupPasta cooking water
  • 0.25To TasteMozzarella
  • 0.25CupGrated Parmesan cheese

Steps

    We boil salted water, then cook the pasta until it's about ¾ done. We reserve 1 cup of the cooking water.

    We season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, thyme, and paprika

    In a pan, we heat the oil and sauté the chicken until fully cooked, then transfer it to a plate.

    In the same pan, we add the butter and sauté the chopped onion until soft.

    We add the minced garlic and tomato paste and stir until well combined.

    We return the chicken to the pan, add the cooking cream and reserved pasta water, and stir.

    We add the pasta and mix everything together until well coated and heated through.

    We top the dish with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and optionally cover the pan for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
