Ingredients

  • 200Grams (g) Cottage Cheese
  • 2Psc.eggs
  • 0.5To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1PinchThyme
  • 1PinchSesame
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream cheese
  • 1CupChopped dill
  • 1BunchArugula
  • 1Grams (g) Smoked Salmon

Steps

    Put the cottage cheese in a blender.

    Add the eggs, black pepper and thyme.

    Blend all ingredients well until smooth.

    Pour the mixture onto baking paper in the air fryer, shaping it into a round or rectangular flatbread.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

    Bake in the air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes.

    Let the flatbread cool slightly so it lifts easily from the baking paper.

    Spread cream cheese over the top.

    Add the dill, then the smoked salmon slices, then the arugula.

    Fold the flatbread like a sandwich.

    Cut into pieces and serve.
