Ingredients

- 2CupSugar
- 1Psc.eggs
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1.25CupFlour
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1PinchSalt
- 50Grams (g) Chopped dark chocolate
- 50Grams (g) Kinder chocolate

Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it starts to bubble and turns golden brown like caramel, then remove it from the heat.

Pour the melted butter into a bowl and let it cool completely to room temperature.

Add the brown sugar and white sugar to the cooled butter and mix well until combined.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and whisk until creamy.

In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.

Add the chopped dark and Kinder chocolate pieces to the dough and gently mix until evenly distributed.

Shape the dough into medium-sized balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.

Place the tray in the freezer for one hour to allow the dough to firm up.

Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 12 minutes, baking from the bottom only until the edges turn golden while the centers remain soft.
