Cookie Pie
Ingredients
- 200Grams (g) Butter
- 100CupSugar
- 100CupBrown sugar
- 2Psc.eggs
- 390CupFlour
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Chocolate sauce
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio cream
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio sauce
- 300CupChocolate Chips

After baking, while the cookies are still warm, make a small hole in the center.

The cookie pie pan used is 20 cm in diameter and required ¾ of the dough mixture.

Bake the cookie pie in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 18 minutes on the middle rack.

Baking Notes: Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 190°C for 12 minutes on the middle rack.

Decorate the cookie pie with pistachio and chocolate sauce.

Fill the cookie pie with pistachio and kunafa filling along with chocolate.

Drizzle the cookies with chocolate sauce and pistachio sauce.

Add a bit of chocolate filling for extra flavor.

Fill the Cookies either plain pistachio or pistachio with kunafa.

Mix the butter with white and brown sugar until well combined.

Refrigerate the cookies before baking.

Roll the remaining dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.

Refrigerate the pan to chill before baking.

Take ¾ of the dough and spread it in a cake pan

Quickly fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
