Ingredients

  • 500Psc.Cabbage
  • 0.25CupShredded carrots
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
  • 1CupYogurt
  • 0.5CupMilk
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 2CupSugar

Steps

    Chop the cabbage into fine slices and measure 500 grams.

    Grate the carrot and add 1/4 cup to the cabbage

    Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, and liquid milk in a large bowl.

    Add white vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, black pepper, and a pinch of salt to the mayonnaise mixture and mix well.

    Pour the mixture over the cabbage and carrot, then toss everything until well combined.

    Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving to enhance the flavor.
