  • 1Grams (g) Butter
  • 1To TasteMozzarella
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Balsamic Glaze

Steps

    Slice the ciabatta bread into two pieces.

    Place the garlic in a pot with oil and cook until soft

    Slice the tomatoes and basil, place them in a bowl with spices and olive oil, and mix well.

    Remove the garlic from the oil, add butter, and mash well.

    Spread a layer of the mashed garlic mixture on the bread, then top with mozzarella cheese slices.

    Place the bread in the oven until the cheese melts and the bread turns golden.

    Once the bread is out of the oven, add the tomatoes and basil on top, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
