Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 300CupSugar
- 180CupFlour
- 60Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa
- 2Psc.eggs
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 1CupMilk
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1PinchSalt
- 250Grams (g) Dark chocolate
- 150Tablespoons (tbsp)Dulce de Leche Sauce
- 1.5CupFeuilletine flakes

Place all the cake ingredients in a mixer bowl and beat for 5 minutes on medium speed until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.

Grease a baking pan with a little oil or butter and line it with parchment paper.

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top and bottom heat with turbo fan) for 40–45 minutes, depending on your oven.

While the cake is baking, prepare the topping by melting the dark chocolate in a bain-marie until smooth and glossy.

Add the dulce de leche and feuilletine flakes to the melted chocolate and mix well until fully combined.

Once the cake has completely cooled, spread the topping evenly over the surface.

Refrigerate the cake for about 10 minutes to allow the topping to set, then serve.
