Chocolate Babka
Ingredients

- 70Grams (g) Butter
- 200Grams (g) Dark chocolate
- 70Grams (g) Butter
- 65CupPowdered sugar
- 18Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa powder

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

Once melted, add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.

Let it cool before slicing and serving.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.

Brush the top with a mixture of egg, milk, and vanilla.

Place it in a loaf pan and cover it again for 30 minutes to 1 hour to rise.

Slice the dough lengthwise and twist the two halves together.

Roll the dough into a log shape.

Roll out the dough and spread Nutella or any chocolate filling you like on top

Stir the ingredients well until they are fully combined and the filling is ready to use

Mix the warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl, stir, and set aside until the yeast activates.

Let the chocolate and butter melt while stirring until the mixture becomes smooth.

Preparing the Chocolate Filling: Place the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl over a double water bath.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 3 hours until it doubles in size.
