Ingredients

  • 0.5Psc.White cabbage
  • 6Psc.Carrot
  • 1Psc.Green onion
  • 1Psc.White Onion
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Oyster sauce
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Sesame oil
  • 1PinchGinger powder
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1PacketGlass Noodles

Steps

    Cut the vegetables: cabbage, carrots, green onion, and white onion as shown in the video

    Prepare a wok or large pan with sesame oil (or any cooking oil).

    Add the white onion with salt and black pepper, and sauté well.

    Add the cabbage and carrots, then stir in the ginger powder.

    Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

    Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and mix everything well.

    Add the green onion and give it a final stir.

    Boil the glass noodles in hot water for 5 minutes.

    Cut the noodles with scissors to make them shorter.

    Add the noodles to the vegetables and mix well until fully combined.
