Ingredients

  • 1Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 1Psc.Onion
  • 2ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mixed spices
  • 1.5PinchSalt
  • 0.5To TasteBlack pepper
  • 3CupOlive oil

Steps

    Season the chicken with paprika, mixed spices, salt, black pepper, and olive oil, then set aside to marinate.

    Add the uncooked rice to a glass baking dish.

    Add the sliced mushrooms, then the onion and garlic if using.

    Pour in the hot water, liquid cream, and onion soup mix.

    Mix all ingredients until well combined.

    Arrange the seasoned chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture.

    Cover the dish with parchment paper, then tightly with aluminum foil.
