- 1CupBrown sugar
- 2Grams (g) Mushroom
- 6Tablespoons (tbsp)Pizza sauce

Place three cups of flour in a mixing bowl, then add one tablespoon yeast, half a teaspoon salt, two tablespoons sugar, two tablespoons powdered milk, and a quarter teaspoon ground mahleb, and mix the dry ingredients well.

Gradually add one cup of warm water while kneading until the dough comes together.

Add one tablespoon butter to the dough and continue kneading until smooth.

Lightly oil a bowl, place the dough inside, cover it, and let it rise for one hour.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a piece of butter with a little olive oil.

Add sliced onions to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.

Stir the onions occasionally until softened, and optionally sprinkle a little brown sugar.

When the onions begin to turn golden brown, add a quarter cup of water and let it evaporate.

Add sliced mushrooms to the caramelized onions and stir for two minutes only.

Divide the risen dough into two portions to make two large pizzas.

Roll out the first dough portion on a baking tray and prick it with a fork, then spread pizza sauce on top.

Sprinkle shredded and sliced mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then distribute the caramelized onion and mushroom mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven until golden and fully cooked, then repeat the same steps with the second dough.
