Ingredients

  • 2CupMilk
  • 2Psc.Mango
  • 6Tablespoons (tbsp)Granola

    Place half a cup of chia seeds in a large bowl.

    Add a tablespoon of honey or any preferred sweetener.

    Pour in 2 cups of milk (or substitute with coconut, oat, or almond milk).

    Cover the bowl and leave it for 30 minutes at room temperature, or overnight in the fridge until thickened.

    Place 2 cups of mango pieces in a blender and puree until smooth.

    Chill the mango puree in the fridge for a short while.

    Prepare serving cups and add a layer of granola at the bottom.

    Spoon chia pudding over the granola.

    Add a layer of mango puree on top.
