We chop the cherry tomatoes, add minced garlic, salt, and black pepper, place them in a baking dish with olive oil, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until cooked through.

We prepare the pesto sauce: In a mortar, we place 3 cloves of garlic with salt and crush them well.
