Burger with Mashed Potato
Ingredients

- 2Grams (g) Butter
- 0.5Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Italian herbs

- 1To TasteBlack pepper

- 1Psc.Chopped Onion

- 1CupChopped dill
- 1Grams (g) Mushroom

Steps

Cut the potatoes as shown in the video and boil them

Mash the boiled potatoes well in a bowl.

Add butter and cream (or milk) and mix until smooth and creamy.

Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs, then stir well.

In a skillet on the stove, grill the burgers until cooked

Prepare the Mushroom Sauce: In a pan over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil until softened.

Add the mushrooms and dill, then stir for a few minutes until the mushrooms are tender.

Add salt and black pepper, then add a cup of cream and a spoonful of kraft cheese and stir to combine.

In an oven-safe dish, spread a layer of mashed potatoes.

Place the grilled burger patties on top.

Pour the mushroom sauce over the burgers

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
