Ingredients

  • 200Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
  • 100Grams (g) Butter
  • 200CupPowdered sugar
  • 2Psc.eggs
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 500CupFlour
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Ammonia
  • 125CupWarm milk

Steps

    Place 200 g of soft ghee in a deep bowl.

    Add 100 g of soft butter to the ghee.

    Beat the ghee and butter with an electric mixer for 5 minutes until creamy.

    Sift 200 g of powdered sugar over the mixture.

    Mix again until the mixture doubles in volume and becomes fluffy.

    Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until fully combined.

    Sift flour with baking powder and gradually add to form a soft dough.

    Dissolve baking ammonia in warm milk, add to dough, and mix until smooth.

    Place the dough in a piping bag and shape cookies directly onto an ungreased baking tray.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes until golden.
