  • 2Psc.Broccoli
  • 4CupAlmond flour
  • 3Psc.eggs
  • 2ClovesMinced garlic
  • 0.25PinchSalt
  • 0.25To TasteBlack pepper
  • 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Cajun spices
  • 1CupOlive oil
  • 0.5To TasteMozzarella
  • 0.5CupGrated Parmesan cheese

Steps

    Boil the broccoli florets in salted water until they become tender.

    Drain the broccoli and place it immediately in cold or ice water to preserve its bright green color.

    Chop the boiled broccoli into very small pieces.

    Place the chopped broccoli in a bowl, then add the eggs, almond flour, salt, black pepper, Cajun spices, and shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

    Add the olive oil and the minced garlic to the mixture

    Mix all the ingredients well until fully combined.

    Shape the mixture into small balls

    Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake the balls in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
