Ingredients

  • 3Psc.eggs
  • 0.75CupSugar
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
  • 0.5CupYogurt
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1CupBlueberry

Steps

    Bring out the blender and add the sugar, eggs, vanilla, yogurt, oil, flour, and baking powder.

    Blend all the ingredients well until the mixture becomes smooth and fully combined.

    Prepare the cake pan by greasing it with a bit of oil or butter, then dust it with flour.

    Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan.

    Toss the blueberries with a little flour to coat them.

    Sprinkle the blueberries over the batter in the pan.

    Gently press the blueberries into the batter using a fork so they don't stay on the surface.

    Place the pan on the middle rack of a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) with bottom heat only and the fan on, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until fully cooked.
