We start by boiling the pasta in boiling water until it is cooked.

We heat a little vegetable oil in a pan over the heat, then add the minced meat along with salt, spices, and cinnamon. When the color of the meat changes, we add the onion and sauté it a bit until it becomes translucent.

We add the tomatoes along with oregano and mint, then cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat until the tomatoes soften.

We add the tomato paste, pasta sauce, salt, and water. We mix the ingredients well, then cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens, for about ten minutes.

To prepare the yogurt sauce, we mix all the ingredients together until we achieve a homogeneous mixture (1 cup of yogurt, ½ cup of water, 1 clove of crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried mint, and ½ teaspoon of salt).

We place the pasta in a serving dish, then add the meat sauce on top and garnish it with the yogurt sauce. Enjoy your meal!
