Steps

    In a bowl, mix the flour with milk, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla.

    Add the egg and melted butter, and stir until the ingredients are well combined.

    To make the filling, mix four tablespoons of melted butter with brown sugar, cinnamon, and one tablespoon of white sugar.
