Baked spaghetti

We boil the pasta in a large pot. In a saucepan over heat, we add the minced meat with salt and spices, and sauté it with a little vegetable oil until cooked.

We add the onion and garlic and stir until they soften. Then, we add a tablespoon of tomato paste and sauté it for a bit until it releases its aroma, then we mix it with the meat.

We add the tomatoes, mushrooms, corn, oregano, salt, and pasta sauce, then cover the pot and let them cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

We add the boiled pasta and mix well, then place the mixture in a baking dish. We mix two tablespoons of tomato paste with a cup of hot water and add it to the pasta.

We place the dish in a hot oven for 15 minutes. Then, we add the grated mozzarella cheese and return it to the oven until the cheese melts. Enjoy your meal!
