Ingredients

- 1Grams (g) Sweet corn
- 1CupCold water
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Gelatin
- 1PinchSalt
- 1PinchHot chilli powder
- 1PinchSpices
Steps

We place the butter in a pan and add the corn.

We add salt, hot pepper, and spices according to taste.

We add 1 cup of cold water and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to the mixture.

In another bowl, we dissolve 1 tablespoon of gelatin in warm water.

We add the water and cornstarch mixture to the corn.

We add the gelatin and mix the mixture well.

We let the mixture cook on the stove for 3 minutes until it thickens.

We pour the mixture into molds.

We place the molds in the refrigerator to chill and set.

After removing the molds from the refrigerator, we cover them with crushed chips.
