    Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out one half, keeping the rind intact.

    Cut into cubes, blend, and strain to get smooth juice.

    Freeze the juice for 30 minutes to chill.

    Dissolve jelly in hot water, then add cold water or ice.

    Add juice, milk powder, honey, whipped cream, and food coloring.

    Pour part of the mix into a container and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

    Make small cuts in the rind and insert popsicle sticks.

    Place the rind on a covered plate, fill with ice cream mix, and gently press down.

    Garnish with chocolate chips and freeze overnight.
