Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 310CupFlour
- 200Grams (g) Butter
- 0.3CupPowdered sugar
- 6CupIced water
- 4Psc.Apple
- 0.5CupBrown sugar
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 1Psc.Lemon juice
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 1CupLiquid cream

Put the flour, sugar, and cold chopped butter into the food processor.

Mix the ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.

Gradually add the ice water and mix briefly.

Chill the dough in the refrigerator for a while.

Peel and slice the apples.

Add sugar, lemon juice, starch, and cinnamon to the apples and mix well.

Divide the dough into two halves.

Roll out the first half of the dough and place it in the baking pan.

Add the apple filling on top of the dough in the pan.

Roll out the second half of the dough.

Cut the dough into the shape shown in the video and cover it with the filling.

Shape the dough and stabilize it as described in the video.

Brush the top with cream and sprinkle sugar over it.

Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, monitoring it.

Tips: Be careful not to over-mix the ingredients and preferably only mix once in the processor. If the dough is crumbly, shape it using parchment paper.
