  • 2Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast
  • 4ClovesMinced garlic

  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Rice vinegar
  • 0.25PinchGround ginger
  • 0.25PinchSalt
  • 2CupBrown sugar
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Grape juice
  • 1PinchMinced Green onions
  • 1PinchSesame

Steps

    Cut the chicken breasts into medium-sized cubes.

    Mix all the ingredients except the chicken in a bowl until well combined.

    Add the marinade to the chicken cubes and mix well to coat them evenly.

    Cover the chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
