- 25CupHoney
- 2Psc.eggs
- 160Grams (g) Butter
- 10Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 6Teaspoons (tsp)Sea Salt
- 0.25CupHazelnut
- 20Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (flour, honey, eggs, vanilla, and sea salt) and stir well. Cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Knead until the dough becomes smooth.

Add the butter and continue kneading until it disappears.

Cover it and let it rise for 4-5 hours.

Divide it without deflating the air and shape it into balls. Then, cover them and let them rest in the refrigerator until the next day.

Place the dough in the waffle maker without pressing it down; you can flip it gently until it turns golden brown.

To prepare cocoa hazelnut butter, place the hazelnuts and cocoa in a food processor and blend until you achieve the desired consistency shown in the video.

To sweeten the hazelnut butter, if using date sugar, grind it and add it at the beginning. If using date syrup or honey, add it at the end after blending.
