Ingredients

  • 250Psc.Dates
  • 125Liters (L)Hot water
  • 3CupMilk
  • 1Cupwater
  • 6BunchBarley
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cardamom powder
  • 1CupNuts
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon

Steps

    Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes and then mash them until you get a soft paste.

    We toast the barley on the fire Use 6 tablespoons of barley (for a heavier consistency use 7 tablespoons, for a lighter one use 5 tablespoons)

    In a saucepan, put milk, water and roasted barley

  4. 4

    Add cardamom and cinnamon and stir well to combine

  5. 5

    We add the date paste and then put the mixture on the fire until it reaches the consistency shown in the video.

    Remove the saucepan from the heat and place the tilbine in serving bowls

  7. 7

    Garnish with nuts and refrigerate overnight
