Ingredients

  • 2CupFlour
  • 0.5CupSemolina
  • 2CupSugar
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 0.25Grams (g) Instant yeast
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 2.5Cupwater
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
  • 1CupWalnut

Steps

    In a bowl add flour, semolina, sugar, salt and baking powder and mix well

    Add the water and yeast and mix well with a hand blender

  3. 3

    In a skillet on the fire, put the mixture in a circle and leave it until it bubbles and remove it from the skillet

    After it cools down, we put ghee in the pan, then put the dough on top of it as shown in the video and fry it on all sides until it becomes golden in color.

    Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and walnuts and serve
